And anytime you run (or walk) for 12 miles, you are getting a good work out!! Give yourself some credit! You are awesome and I can't get over how hard you are working! It really is inspiring. I wish I could be as dedicated as you are.Lindsayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08062820795826658714noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1866352341588565846.post-36588345499120972442010-09-23T11:27:28.582-06:002010-09-23T11:27:28.582-06:00You know, Becca, now that you mention it, I did ru...You know, Becca, now that you mention it, I did run out of protein powder a couple of weeks ago (I normally put it in all of my smoothies), and I've been using Instant Breakfast instead, which doesn't have nearly the same amount of protein. It seems weird that it would affect me that much, since I try to have a healthy, protein-filled diet anyway, but who knows. Maybe that is part of the reason my leg muscles are rebelling! I guess I should make a trip to the store where I buy the protein powder...<br />Thanks for your supportive comments, by the way.Priscillahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02994751800920572002noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1866352341588565846.post-61820039456789896972010-09-23T11:19:31.746-06:002010-09-23T11:19:31.746-06:00Like good ol' Dagny Scott says- if your goal i...Like good ol' Dagny Scott says- if your goal is to finish the marathon "time spent on your feet" is what matters most. You not only FINISHED (kudos on that alone!) but you have that experience of time in your legs. Sending strong leg muscle vibes to you! I hope you can figure it our.
