3 mile run today, and guess what? It's raining. Ugh. I warmed up with 20 minutes of
Pilates, then walked a few blocks before starting my run. I felt a little slow starting out, but was getting into a good groove just as my
Garmin beeped at me that I had finished the 3 miles. After my run I did workout 3 from the 30 Day Shred.
