3 mile run today. I warmed up with 10 minutes of
Pilates, then headed out to go to the park to do my run. At least it wasn't raining, but it was still very cold. I can't believe it's the end of June and still in the 30's in the morning! I felt okay during my run, except that my legs felt stiff and heavy. When I came home I did workout 2 from the 30 Day Shred.
