Continuation.

This morning when I woke up and realized my hip was still not feeling too great, I decided to give things another day or two to heal.  Instead of doing the 5 mile run I had on my schedule, I did 10 minutes of Yoga, followed by 30 minutes on the elliptical and then a 10 minute walking cool-down on the treadmill.  This ought to be an interesting week.
