It's a beautiful day.

Today is one of the most gorgeous days we've had in a long time.  It's sunny and a warm 50 degrees.  Unfortunately, today is not a run day for me, so I was resigned to doing an indoors cross training workout.  I warmed up with 10 minutes of Yoga stretches, then I did a sweaty 90 minutes on the elliptical.  After that I did the 30 minute Yoga Meltdown DVD - I haven't done that one in a while and it felt great.  Now, I can't let this great weather go to waste, especially since I'm no fool and realize that it may be very short lived, so after I eat some breakfast, I think a walk at the park with my boy is in order.  :)
