This morning there are hoards of runners working their way from Hopkinton to Boston, and one them is my mentor and friend...so to him and all the other Boston Marathoners I say, good luck!
As for me on this very rainy Monday morning, I opted to do my 5 mile run on the treadmill. I warmed up with 10 minutes on the elliptical, then did my 5 miles and followed that with 30 minutes of Yoga Meltdown.
