Another post-holiday workout.

Two days off from running, and you would think I would feel wonderfully refreshed and ready to go.  Unfortunately, I ate so much junk over the weekend that I felt like a fat slug this morning.  But with a beautiful, fresh snow falling, I went out for a 4 mile run and then I felt much better.  Sometimes the hardest part is getting out the door, but once out there, you  can't help but feel good mentally and physically.  After my run, I did 10 minutes of core Pilates, then 45 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga.  I now feel (mostly) ready to start another day with the kids on their winter break! :)
