4 miles.

This morning I barely forced myself out a good four mile run.  My legs are soooo tired.  I felt like I was dragging them the whole time.  It's mostly my hamstrings and quads that hurt...perpetually, it seems.  Tomorrow is a rest day.  I'm looking forward to it.  Today we have basketball games for the boys all afternoon, but I'm hoping this evening I can get in a nice, long Yoga session.

  1. hmmmmm I wonder if the pain is from running SIXTEEN miles?! I'm sure they'll love a day off as much as you. Stay strong, you are awesome!
