6 mile Monday.

It snowed last night, but no worries!  I just strapped on my YakTrax and headed out for my 6 miles this morning.  I felt a little bit better on my run today than I did on Saturday.  My hip still hurts a little bit and my leg muscles are still in a bit of a rebellion, but I was able to push through all six miles, and even a little faster than my last run.  When I came home I also did 35 minutes of Pilates.
