8 miles.

Unfortunately, my YakTrax can't do anything to help with temperatures and wind chills below zero, so today I did my 8 miles on the treadmill.  I warmed up with 10 minutes of Yoga, followed by 10 minutes on the elliptical before starting my run.  After I finished on the treadmill, I did another 10 minutes of Yoga to stretch.  Tomorrow I will do some sort of cross-training workout in preparation for my long run on Thursday.  I am slotted to do 16 miles, and the weather is looking somewhat promising, with temps in the upper teens and 20's on Thursday...I'll be keeping my fingers crossed...
