Cross-training day.

This morning's workout was a mixed bag.  I started out doing 1 hour on the elliptical, with a 30 minute fat-burning program going forward, then I did the same 30 minute workout again, only this time going backwards.  Then I jumped over to the treadmill and did 30 minutes of walking, but for the first 15 minutes I held 5 pound hand weights for a little extra strength training.  Finally, I did a 35 minute Pilates workout.
