Sunday.

This morning I did a 45 minute Yoga session because I was feeling a bit tense and sore.  I think my hamstrings are just now realizing they are mad at me for Thursday's run.  On the bright side, the weather is taking a positive turn, at least for the upcoming week.  With mild temperatures (30-40's) and no snow predicted, it should be a good week for running!
