I'm feeling a bit of renewed energy this morning, possibly having something to do with the sunshine melting my troubles away while I was on my 4 mile run. I warmed up with 10 minutes on the elliptical before heading over to the park. My hamstrings are still a bit sore, but once I got going I felt okay. After my run I did another 10 minutes on the elliptical, since I find it really helps loosen up those hammies! Then I did 30 minutes of Pilates.
