What can I say? Another Monday...

I did cross training for my workout this morning, starting out with a 20 minute Pilates warm-up.  After that I did an hour on the elliptical, and 45 minutes of circuit training that included sit-ups, step-ups, lunges and punches using 5 pound hand weights.  I hope to get in some decent runs the next couple of days before we head out of town for Thanksgiving.
