XT and some fun news!

This morning I began my cross-training workout by doing 15 minutes of Pilates.  After that, I got busy on the elliptical for a little over an hour, and then did 25 minutes of step aerobics using 5 pound weights.  I finished up with 100 sit-ups.

I was also excited to find out this morning that I won a blog giveaway!  Thank you to Rebecca @ Running On Stilts for the $100 gift card to Everyday Endurance.  Should be some fun online shopping ahead for me!! :)
